The Challenge

The project needed to deliver fully functional service enclosures for critical plant, dry risers, and utilities in one of the capital’s most high-profile business districts. The kiosks had to remain accessible for maintenance while blending seamlessly into the premium architectural environment.

Our Solution

In line with Make Architects’ design vision, the kiosks were finished in high-quality stone cladding and aluminium louvres, echoing the material palette of nearby office towers. This ensured durability, visual harmony, and essential ventilation. Security measures—including CCTV, fire hydrant access, and controlled entry were integrated without compromising the aesthetic.

The Outcome

The kiosks successfully combine functionality with discreet design. They provide the critical infrastructure required for safety and building operation while enhancing the overall public realm, acting as understated architectural elements that contribute to the estate’s cohesive appearance.
