The Brooke Air Stainless Steel Anti-Ligature Grille is engineered for environments where safety, durability, and controlled airflow are essential. Manufactured from 304 or 316 stainless steel, the grille is designed with smooth, sloped, and non-grabbable surfaces to eliminate potential ligature points and prevent items from being hooked, wedged, or tied to the face of the grille.
The perforation pattern is optimised to maintain airflow while ensuring the openings are small enough to prevent access, tampering, or concealment of objects. Stainless steel construction provides exceptional resistance to damage, moisture, aggressive cleaning chemicals, and impact, making the grille suitable for mental health facilities, custodial settings, hospitals, secure accommodation, and other high-risk areas.
The unit can be supplied with a matching stainless steel subframe and optional pressure-controlled or restricted-airflow plenums where system design requires airflow limitation for safety. Fixings can be concealed or tamper-resistant depending on the specification. A range of finishes is available including brushed, satin, and powder-coated stainless steel to meet project requirements.
Each grille is manufactured to order, ensuring compliance with project-specific safety strategies and installation constraints.
