Floor Grille

The Brooke Air Data Centre / Computer Room Floor Grille is designed for high-airflow, mission-critical environments where cooling performance and structural reliability are essential. Supplied as a standard 600 × 600 mm drop-in panel for raised-access flooring, it provides an immediate fit for most data-centre grid systems.

For specialised layouts or retrofit applications, the grille can be produced in custom plan sizes and custom heights to ensure perfect alignment with the existing raised floor system. This ensures a flush, stable interface with surrounding tiles while maintaining the required free area for efficient equipment cooling.

Constructed from strong aluminium with a load-bearing frame, the grille supports pedestrian movement and the operational demands of technical spaces. Its linear bar design delivers high free area and efficient vertical airflow, helping maintain stable cooling to server racks, UPS systems, and other heat-sensitive equipment.

To meet data-centre requirements, the grille is available in:
– Mill finish
– Durable powder-coated finish
– Anti-static nylon coating, reducing electrostatic charge risks around sensitive equipment
– Each grille is tested to PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU, confirming compliance with raised-access flooring performance, load, and safety criteria.

An optional volume control damper can be fitted beneath the grille to allow fine adjustment of airflow to individual racks or zones.
