Weather Louvre

The Brooke Air Aluminium Weather Louvre is designed for external air intake and exhaust applications where effective rain defence, controlled airflow, and a clean architectural finish are required. Manufactured from high-quality aluminium, the louvre offers stable performance in exposed installations and is suitable for commercial buildings, plantrooms, data centres, schools, leisure facilities, and general HVAC applications.

Two blade pitches are available:

• 38 mm pitch for a compact blade profile with improved rain resistance and a refined appearance.
• 75 mm pitch for applications requiring higher free area or reduced pressure drop.

Both blade types are engineered to shed water efficiently while maintaining consistent airflow.

The weather louvre can be supplied in multiple formats to suit project requirements:

• Standard square or rectangular grille-type units for façade openings.
• Plant screen assemblies for screening external plant while maintaining ventilation.
• Louvred door sections for access doors requiring airflow.
• Penthouse louvres for rooftop intake and exhaust installations.
• Frames are available as either flanged, for surface mounting, or recessed, for installations where the louvre must sit flush within the opening. Optional bird screen, insect mesh, or rear-mounted spigots can be fitted as required.

Units are supplied powder coated to any RAL colour. All sizes and configurations are made to order, allowing precise integration with architectural and mechanical requirements.
