The Brooke Air Stainless Steel Egg Crate Grille provides a high free-area solution for applications requiring efficient, low-resistance airflow. Manufactured from 304 or 316 stainless steel, the grille is suitable for environments where strength, hygiene, moisture resistance, or corrosion protection are essential. This makes it well suited to commercial kitchens, food production facilities, laboratories, plant rooms, and areas with high humidity or aggressive cleaning regimes.
The 12.5 mm or 25 mm egg crate core offers excellent free area, ensuring minimal pressure drop for both supply and extract systems. The stainless steel construction allows the grille to withstand regular washing, harsh cleaning agents, and exposure to moisture without degradation. Frames are available in stainless steel for surface mounting, or with a concealed fixing arrangement depending on project requirements.
Optional stainless steel opposed blade dampers can be supplied where volume control is needed. The grille can be finished in brushed, satin, or polished stainless steel, with powder coating available if a coloured finish is required. All units are manufactured to order, ensuring accurate sizing and compatibility with system and architectural details.
