The Brooke Air Aluminium Egg Crate Grille is designed to provide high free area and low-resistance airflow in commercial and residential ventilation systems. Manufactured from lightweight aluminium with a 12.5 mm egg crate core, the grille delivers excellent free area and minimal pressure drop, making it suitable for both supply and extract applications.
Two core configurations are available. The fixed-core version offers a simple, robust solution for standard installations, while the removable-core option allows easy access behind the grille for cleaning, maintenance, or adjustment of equipment such as dampers or filters. Both versions provide good rigidity and a clean, modern appearance.
The grille can be supplied in mill aluminium or powder coated to any RAL colour. Optional aluminium opposed blade dampers can be fitted where volume control is required.
All units are manufactured to order, ensuring accurate sizing and compatibility with project-specific requirements.
